RAINY day ahead...


I swear that it is going to rain later on.Basically not because i have six sense but because my knee hurts like mad.Rheumatism i suppose,my ex coach used to say so.I can't sleep right now,the pain is hell.I definitely regretted not listening to coach and do warm up before i start each training,i am prone to injury like Michael Owen.=(

Luckily mine is not as bad as Travis injury,dislocate knee cap.

EEEE it sounds horrible,the pain he bear must be triple or a million time more then what i have to bear now.

No matter what PAIN PAIN GO AWAY,DON'T COME AGAIN EVEN FOR OTHER DAYS!

knee cap spoil,memory weak and reaction slow.
