I had been neglecting my blog for a few days because as i mention in my previous post i had been staying up late each night to catch the live telecast of the Asian Game. You could say that what i'm doing is stupid or i have nothing better to do then sacrifice my sleep to watch such programme. However i feel its all worth it,after watching the programme each night it gives me the necessary sort of motivation to re think about my goals in life and also my casual attitude towards the dream i chasing after. What i had learn most importantly through watching it is the "Never giving in spirit"!I know its a quote thats so common but how many people can really do it especially when its at the point where you are the verge of losing a game and the pressure is pondering on you so much that you could hardly breath.
Three person that i had seen displaying such spirits in the Asian Games are from Team Singapore.Xing Ai ying a badminton player,Sun bei bei a table tennis player and Tao li a swimmer.I must say that singapore has really make a huge success in importing foreign talent. These foreign talent has been great achivers in their own field.
There are many more succesful stories like Li Li,Lee Jia Wei,Ronald Susuilo etc..They have been a major part of singapore's success in the Asian Game.Tao Li for one is someone that has really proven me that even without the most gifted swimming frame you could also be a winner if you have the right mentality and of course the essential hard work.

She's also 16 but this young lady certainly has achieve much much more then ordinary singaporean teenagers like me.More singaporeans should support our foreign talent who has done such much for our country and not look on to them as someone whose not part of us Singaporeans.Even the powerhouse of asia"China has also started to try importing foreign talent to play in their soccer squad as they hope to make it to the world cup someday. So maybe we should really try to chnage our mindset towards them and look to them as part of our big family as a country.Shall we?Haha oh well as a singaporean i'm defending them yea!

Not denying i hope to see some promising young singaporeans playing for singapore and making a bang in the sports arena one day.I believe in the future singapore could really produce a world class player. It will take many years but i'm certain someday the right person would live up to the title and hope of many singaporeans.I hope to be the one.Haha oh well i'm kidding..hmm not fully kidding actually. We will see someday whose the idea person to be the one that will live singapore's name in the name of sports.

For now i'm sure Tao Li's name would be a huge splash in tomorrows newspaper as she bags the first gold for singapore in the swimming event.Well done Tao Li! She's my idol for now.

Someday i hope to be like her.

Heres an unrelevant picture but its the sports that i like.
